11 JULY 2019

Dear All

This weekend is the Shaftesbury Primary School Fete of course.   (Shaftesbury Primary School is what used to be King Alfred’s, Wincombe Lane, SP7 8PZ)  If you look at the attached plan we will be singing on the Main Stage.   Normal dress code (i.e. shades of red above the waist, dark or black beneath).  Can we meet at about 11.45 for a prompt 12.00 start please?  Unfortunately we have to park in the street and walk in, so please allow sufficient time for this.  We’ll be welcomed by Tom Clements - a former student of mine - who is MC for the day, and will be singing (in no particular order): Morning Has Come; And So It Goes; Follow the Heron; Eternal Flame; Isa Lei;  Hold On;  Wake Up; Everytime I Wake Up; Long and Winding Road; California Dreamin’; Isn’t She Lovely; Java Jive; Things. Just in case you’d like to share pictures taken at the event, the school have asked that no photography containing people with yellow bands should be posted on social media.
